A.H.M Fowzie’s party membership suspended by party leader Sajith Premadasa for going beyond the decision of the SJB

It has been decided to suspend the party membership of the Member of Parliament Mr. A.H.M.  Fowzie in accordance with the powers assigned to Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the SJB.

It is reported that the related letter has been signed by opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa a little while ago.
 

Mr.  Fowzie has been accused of going beyond the decision taken by the Samagi Jana Balawegaya during the debate held in the Parliament regarding the proposals of the International Monetary Fund, and as a result, the party leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa has suspended his party membership.
