When Basil arrived in Katunayake, the Civil Aviation Authority paid for his and others’ refreshments!

It is reported that when former Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa returned to Sri Lanka through Katunayake airport last Sunday, the Civil Aviation Authority paid an amount of 60,000 rupees to be paid for the provision of services at the ‘Gold Route’ terminal.
Although this service was provided on Sunday, bill was paid last Thursday.
This payment was made for the rolls, sandwiches, and patties served to over 100 members of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna who came into the Gold Route Terminal to greet Mr. Basil Rajapaksa after his arrival from the United States of America.
